Gen20x Map Code

This Head Unit marks the beginning of the "Zero Layer UI" generation of the MBUX series for Mercedes-Benz. First released in 2024. At MBRetrofit Tools we support Gen20x for all regions and versions, so you can generate a map code for your car.

How to identify Gen20x

Common Problems

Here are some common problems you might encounter when purchasing a map code for your Gen20x car.

USB Stick is not valid, even though it is correct

This is likely a region error and ONLY occurs with Korean and Japanese cars (even imported). If you are unsure of your car region, please use our Car Lookup feature to verify your car region.
