"Installation was unsuccessful error" on NTG 5.5

During the installation there is a chance that it fails due to a error when upgrading from a previously installed navigation. This is commonly occuring with high version jumps from your currently installed map to your new purchase.

There's no need to worry! You need to purchase a ERASE style map code, to delete the already existing map from your car to then install the brand new one.

An erase code is discounted from the usual price, after you buy your normal code, and you run through this error. There will be a button to buy a erase code for 25 euros. If you solely buy a erase code, there will not be a discount.
