Account-managed DTS 8 licensing and DTS 9 activation tools for Mercedes diagnostic and retrofit workflows.
One workspace for supported DTS versions
DTS Installers brings the supported DTS licensing and activation providers into one Professional workspace. Each version keeps its own generation workflow and history so work for one installation is not confused with another.
The current provider pages are:
- DTS 8 for adapter-bound license generation
- DTS 9.04.03 for the matching DTS 9 activation workflow
- DTS 9.04.16 for the matching DTS 9 activation workflow
Access model
DTS Installers is enabled for an account by MBRetrofit Tools or an administrator. The workspace shows the DTS versions available to that account and any remaining generation balance. If a version is not available, contact MBRetrofit Tools before starting the installation.
Before opening the workspace
Prepare a Windows environment, the exact DTS installation you intend to use, administrator access to that environment, and a recoverable backup of the installation. Do not assume that resources for one DTS version apply to another.
