Data is used to provide and improve map-code, professional, dealer, and API services; communicate about accounts and transactions; and understand product usage. MBRetrofit says it does not sell or rent personal information for third-party marketing, but may share limited information with service providers that operate the site.

The policy also covers security measures, children's privacy, policy updates, retention, international transfers, and GDPR rights including access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, consent withdrawal, and complaints.
