# Seed Keys

Description: Programmatically list definitions, quote, generate, and retrieve diagnostic seed keys used for ECU/module unlock via UDS seed/key exchange.


Use the Seed Keys API to support diagnostic and retrofit workflows that rely on UDS seed/key exchange. List supported definitions, generate new seed keys, and retrieve existing keys for unlocking ECUs and modules safely and programmatically.

The API and workspace use the same local catalogue and per-definition pricing.
Select the exact definition, check `POST /seed/quote`, then generate. Every endpoint
requires an API key with seed-key access. Free definitions and account overrides
are supported alongside paid definitions such as Aston Martin EZS213.
