# 🛠️ New generators for your workshop

DTS licenses, NTG5s2 and NTG6 region conversions, and an expanded seed-key catalogue are now available in your professional workspace.

You can now generate DTS licenses and region-conversion files directly in MBRetrofit Tools. We've also expanded ECU seed-key support. Here's what each tool does and where to find it.

## DTS licenses and activation

- **DTS 8.16:** enter your adapter's MAC address and owner name to generate a perpetual license.
- **DTS 9.04.03 and 9.04.16:** generate a license.dts file or an activation response. Paste the installer challenge to read its HWID automatically, then choose the expiry and response validity.

Open DTS Installers to choose a version. Installer downloads and the setup guide are available there according to your account's access.

## Region conversion

- **NTG5s2:** upload customer.dat, inspect the source unit, and choose a supported target. Download FIX.DAT and review the required flashware. The tool includes an anti-theft PIN reset option.
- **NTG6:** upload a 64 KiB DFLASH dump, check the detected unit details, and generate a patched file for a supported target.

Both tools are under Region Conversion. They prepare the files for your workshop job; you still need to program the head unit using the appropriate procedure.

## Expanded ECU seed keys

The seed-key generator now has a searchable catalogue of more than 3,000 ECU definitions, including Aston Martin definitions. Choose the matching ECU and security level, enter the seed, and copy the calculated key. You can add a vehicle or job reference to find the result later.

## Saved results and access

Completed generations are saved in each tool's history. Reopen a result to copy a key or download its generated files again.
